Growing in Faith
at Home

Many parishes are asking parents to take responsibility for much of their children’s faith formation at home in lieu of in-person sessions at the parish.
Joe Paprocki, from Loyola Press, has put together this 12-minute video to assist parents with doing faith formation at home. The goal of this video is to simplify things and not overwhelm parents with “another lesson” they have to teach to their children, but rather, to encourage them and help them to make way to have some special family time with our Lord.

Here are ideas to give to families
for growing in faith at home...

Home-based catechesis, whether chosen or imposed (by stay at home orders, or parish size and staff, or other) is a right that it has responsibilities that go with it.  There has to be accountability on the parish, and on the families, that are MEASURABLE.
